The Vorarlberg region has a centuries-old tradition of using mountain herbs, cold spring water, and mineral-rich clay in everyday wellness rituals. Alpine Sterling was founded on the belief that this heritage deserves a modern, considered setting. Our charcoal-and-gold treatment rooms are designed to let the senses settle before a therapist even lays a hand on you — warm lighting, the low scent of larch resin and chamomile, and absolutely no background noise except what drifts in from the street below. Treatments here are longer than the industry average because we refuse to rush the intake or the close. From the first consultation to the final botanical compress, every step is intentional. Guests leave with a written record of the products used on their skin — part of our commitment to full ingredient transparency.

Wild-harvested alpine botanicals
Elderflower from Hohenems, arnica from the Bregenzerwald, and bilberry leaf from elevations above 900 m — our ingredient partners are small-batch harvesters, not industrial distributors.
Unhurried 75- and 90-minute formats
We do not offer 45-minute treatments. Every session is structured to include a genuine consultation, the treatment itself, and a 10-minute closing ritual so you leave grounded rather than rushed.
Full ingredient transparency
At the end of every appointment you receive a printed ingredient card listing every product applied. If you have sensitivities, we substitute without charge — just tell us at booking.
